J. The green pedestrian walk signal to cross S 1st St occurs at the same time as the green left turn arrow allowing drivers to turn left from northbound S 2nd Ave onto westbound S 1st St. This creates confusion as to the right of way, which is a serious hazard to pedestrians. I have almost been struck 3 times.
