Observations.

On 12/16/2024, at 2:10 pm, an investigation was conducted regarding a No-Outlet sign laying on the ground at the intersection of 4300 Graduate Cir & 4500 Rockwood Dr.

This is a T-intersection where Rockwood Dr is an uncontrolled North/South St & 4300 Graduate Cir is controlled by a Stop sign for the West bound in a residential area. Survey revealed, East of Rockwood Dr, Graduate Cir is a dead-end street, and a Dead End sign was found laying on the ground at the SE-corner. A check on EAM revealed the Dead End sign is on files. Due to the findings, A work order will sent to the sign shop to remove the Dead End sign laying on the ground and to replace it with a D3W No-Outlet sign at the NE-corner.

The requestor was informed of the findings.

RECOMMENDATIONS.

A work order will be sent to the Sign Shop to remove the Dead End sign laying on the ground at the SE-corner of 4300 Graduate Cir & 4500 Rockwood Dr.

A work order will be sent to the Sign Shop to install a D3W No-outlet sign at the NE-corner of 4300 Graduate Cir & 4500 Rockwood St for the East bound traffic.
