I see 4-6 cars turn left from the center Lane daily. I'm AMAZED that I haven't sent an accident there yet.

There shouldn't be an accident, I am not sure why you would expect one. This intersection had markings from inception with a left turn from the center and still exists that way on Google. So most of us remember that and know how to use the lanes. You can still faintly see the original markings - and they need to be repainted.

This is the same intersection that I already submitted under Issue ID 3386228 and has Service Request ID 195552.

Tina, the markings on the center lane have been removed. The street sign showing the turn lane only shows the left lane. The google maps view is old.

Like I said before, you can still faintly see the markings on the road when you are driving over them, even today. And I specifically stated that the old markings could be seen on Google Earth, hence the reason the majority of drivers are still using the lanes that way regardless of the most recent signage. So yes, the markings need to be repainted so that people unfamiliar with intersection don't cause an accident.

I'm amazed that the police haven't given hundreds of moving violations at this intersection. While many may remember that the signs formerly had left turn from the center - turning from the center lane is no longer legal in accordance with current signage. Many drivers are not familiar with the previous signage and are frequently surprised with cars turning from the center lane. It is dangerous and we need to be more safety conscious until the signs are fixed.
