This app didn't save the full context of my report. The dead end signage is what's inadequate. Cars constantly turn from 39th Street onto the 3800 block of 30th Avenue S only to realize there is no access to 38th Street. The result is back and forth traffic, day and night. Back the one sign away from intersection and put another across from it would be ideal.
